The T5 USS Omaha was the oldest cruiser in service at the onset of WWII. She was a light cruiser intended to be a scout ship out in front of the fleet. Unfortunately that role is not easily accomplished in WoWs due to the game modeling. That said the ship is capable, much like the Phoenix and for very many of the same reasons. Narrow profile when bow on, good fire rate chance, and good torpedo angles! What isn't to like? Well, that massive citadel for one... and the T5 match maker, but minor issues! :)
