Playing McCree is almost the same for all gamemmodes and sides, however you can play more agressive on control maps.
Your objective is to get kills while taking advantage of your tanks.
The basic combo for McCree is flashbang and the fan the hammer.
Fan the hammer does a total of 132 to 270 damage per cylinder.
Using roll realaods your gun completely.
Main targets for McCree are Pharah, Tracer, Genji and all healers. Killing them will help your team significantly.
The basic strategy is to kill the opponents your team can't kill first and then everyone else second.
Lurking as McCree is not a wise choice but may work in under certain circumstances.
Only use ult under cover or if your team is distracting the enemy.
Don't use your ultimate until Genji has uses his reflect.
Fan the hammer headshots do not do extra damage like regular headshots.
The most difficult heros to 1v1 with McCree in my opinion are Mei, Zarya, and Roadhog.
