I used an eye tracker and the software Project Iris + Virtual Controller. VC creates a "fake" gamepad connected to your pc and your keyboard keys emulate Joystick movements and gamepad buttons. Thus I could map ASDF to varying degrees of Joystick positions from max left, light left, light right to max right (actually it's far from maximum left/right cause you very seldom turn the wheel that much when driving on the road or racing). And as you can guess I press those keys just by watching the interactor boxes! How do I press throttle and break? Well, Project Iris let's you map eye blinks to keys, in this case the key for braking. And then I used another webcam based software called Google Gameface that let's me press the throttle key by opening your mouth. This all turned out to work really great, my lap times are actually the same as when I'm at best with my earlier setup where I used two physical keys to turn left/right (no gamepad emulation so it was much more difficult adjusting the amount I turned the car wheel and in this super-realistic game it meant spinning out). Still, in the current setup it's a bit hard countering drifts so you have to drive good and not push it too far - but I think we can solve that by adding two more keys for really hard turning left/right. Me personally I think I will actually keep my two physical switches for turning hard when I want to regain control over the car and of course I'll try and see how drifting can work out!

Tobii 4C ( this does work with Eye tracker 5 and PCEYE 5, I've tried myself and seen others do but a few have said they had a difficult time setting it up, I have to investigate this further)
Car: Nissan Silvia Spec R Aero (included in the JDM Dlc content)
Track: Okutama Grand Circuit (free mod!)
Other mods: latest Pure graphics mod, PPfilter SkyDC
Pc specs: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060ti, 16gb RAM, i5-11400F (Gameface is not optimized and CPU load is quite hefty which did recording while gaming a bit difficult with a few crashes, but it's OK when only gaming)
