How to prevent Windows Defender from scanning specific files [ Don't Disable π]
Are you getting false positives with Windows Defender Antivirus? Here are the steps to exclude files, folders, and other items from getting scanned on Windows 10.

βΆIf you have certain files, folders, file types, and processes that you want to exclude from Windows Defender Antivirus scans, use the following steps:
1- Open Windows Defender Security Center.
2- Click Virus & threat protection.
3- Click the Virus & threat protection option.
4- Under "Exclusions," click the Add or remove exclusions option.
5- Click the Add an exclusion button.

Select the content you want to exclude from Windows Defender Antivirus, such as:
FILE.
FOLDER.
FILE TYPE.
PROCESS.
