Hey everybody! IllogicalJJ here. Today I will be showing you how to rank up your PVP factions by using PVE methods.
First of all I would recommend picking a server with multiple emissaries on it. Gold Hoarder, Merchant Alliance, and Order of Souls Emissaries are your safest bet.
This will decrease the chances of you getting raided.
I don't mind being invaded so I just use the first server it loads me on.
Next you will chose a faction. I chose Guardians, because I chose the Servant faction last night.
Now the next step can be done several ways. You just need to get loot on your boat.
The more the better.
So I started with the Merchant Alliance Cargo because you can buy 15 pieces of loot for less that 3,000 Gold and get a nice start before even leaving the outpost.
To do this you need to be the Merchant Alliance Emissary but you can downvote the emissary after purchasing the crates.
Once again you just need loot, I'm buying crates but you can find loot on islands, shrines, forts etc.
The more loot you put on your boat the more your "Faction Treasure Onboard" grade will raise.
If you look at the hour glass you will see "Faction Treasure Onboard"
The higher the ranks will require more loot to fill the grades.
after buying merchant alliance cargo crates, I dropped a bunch of captained merchant alliance cargo voyages.
Any voyage that had cargo at the outpost I was already at, I would collect.
I didn't fill the grade all the way today because I have to go to work.
However last night I came close, just buying crates and sinking two skeleton ships.
Tonight I will try to fully max the Grades and report on the earnings.
