For a nearly 10 year old game that I have thousands of hours into it's very rare that I get to do something in-game for the first time, but this was one I technically haven't done because of standard quest timing. It's actually kind of awkward to get it because of the Omertas quest part but here is Caesar rifling off every line he has for when you disrupt Legion activities in the Mojave.

I find it kind of hilarious that he gives you safe passage to the Fort to work with him while simultaneously being angry at you for basically ruining everything he's ever done in the Mojave. Needless to say, it's worth the teabag.
