How to record (capture) PC gameplay footage (video) using a free alternative to Fraps

Any information or program you choose to put into use from this video is done AT YOUR OWN RISK. As a precaution, I recommend backing up any irrecoverable data before installing and using ANY new software(s), including those shown in this video.
This video will show you how to record PC gameplay footage (how to capture video clips from PC video games for such purposes as filming walkthroughs, playthroughs, let's plays, reviews, youtube videos, etc.) with everything that Fraps offers and more, but this alternative is completely free of charge to download and use, without any watermarks, without any time, length or file size limitations, and all while recording multiple audio sources, such as in-game DirectSound Stereo Mix as well as microphone commentary. MSI Afterburner is a suite of software tools and utilities that works with any PC hardware (no MSI hardware needed) and contains no malware, adware, or spyware (unlike some other 'free' video capture softwares out there). This video will also show you how to configure and operate RivaTuner and Predator Video Capture in order to capture full resolution and full FPS video in your PC games (all these are part of the MSI Afterburner suite).
Note: My best choice for video format and container format in MSI Afterburner was Audio Video Interleave AVI and MJPEG Compression (these gave the best quality to file size ratio, that is to say, the sharpest, crispest video with most fluid motion at the lowest file size).
