Recording gameplay on your Steam Deck is quite straightforward! Here are a couple of methods you can use:

Native Recording with SteamOS
Enable Beta Features:
Press the Steam button.
Go to Settings - System - Beta Participation - Beta.
Restart your Steam Deck.
Start Recording:

Press the Steam button again.
Go to Settings - Game Recording.
Choose your preferred recording method.
Use the default key combination Ctrl + F11 to start recording, or remap it to a more convenient button
