How to Remove title bar on Windowed Game
Why do this?
-Obviously you don't want to see the title bar when gaming
-Easy switching between apps by alt+tab on windowed mode
-Nvidia Shadowplay can't record some overlays like its own performance monitor and Nvidia Game filter menus
-Alternative to Windowed Fullscreen on games that only has Fullscreen and Windowed as a display option
-Some games options are only available on Windowed mode (Like Rise of the Tomb Raider's Resolution Scale is not available in Fullscreen or Exclusive fullscreen)
