If you’ve lost your DasherDirect card, had it stolen, or received a damaged card, you can easily request a replacement through the Dasher app or the dedicated DasherDirect section. Replacing your card ensures you can continue receiving payments and making purchases without interruption.

To start, open the Dasher app on your phone and tap on the "Let’s Dash" button. Log in using your phone number or your email and password. Once you're signed in, navigate to the "Manage Card" or "DasherDirect" section of the app. Within this area, look for the option labeled "Report a Card Issue" or "Replace Card."

Tap this option and select the reason for replacement—lost, stolen, or damaged. You may be asked to provide additional details, but this is usually optional. Be sure to review and confirm your shipping address before continuing, as your new physical card will be mailed to that location.

Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your replacement request. After the request is processed, you’ll receive a new physical DasherDirect card by mail. In the meantime, you’ll be issued a temporary virtual card within the app that can be used for online purchases and payments while you wait for your replacement card to arrive.

Once your new physical card is delivered, return to the app and follow the steps to activate it. After activation, your virtual and physical card details will sync, and you can begin using your new card at ATMs and for in-store transactions.
