Follow the below steps:
1) Try some general fixes
2) Check if the batteries are dead
3) Get the Oculus app open.
4) After selecting More, select Controller.
5) Tap your controller to view Paired Controllers.
6) Tap Recalibrate from the upper right corner.
7) To reset your controller, adhere to the directions displayed on the screen.
