Option 1: Reset Password via PS5 Pro
Go to Login Screen:
On your PS5 Pro, go to the Sign In screen.
Select "Forgot Your Password?":
When prompted to enter your password, select the Forgot Your Password? option.
Enter Your Sign-In ID (Email Address):
Input the email address linked to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
Check Your Email:
PlayStation will send a password reset email to the provided email address.
Open the email and click on the Reset Password link.
Create a New Password:
Follow the link to set a new password. Ensure it’s strong and unique:
At least 8 characters.
Includes uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
Sign Back In:
