To reset game progress and delete saved data on your Xbox Series X|S, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select My games & apps.
Highlight the game you want to reset and press the Menu button (the button with horizontal lines) on your controller.
Select Manage game & add-ons.
Choose Saved data.

Select the profile you want to delete data for.
Choose Delete All if you want to remove all saved data stored in your console’s storage. Otherwise, select the specific data you want to delete.
Confirm your selection by selecting Delete.
