How To Reset/Recover Forgotten Messenger Password !!
29In this tutorial video, I will quickly guide you on how you can reset or recover your forgotten messenger password.
Without a Facebook account, you can reset a Messenger password by clicking on your profile image in the top left corner of the app. After scrolling down, you'll discover Account settings on that page. You can select Passwords from the Account Settings menu. When you select that option, three windows will appear with the options "Current Password," "New Password," and "Re-type New Password." Once those boxes are filled, you're done.
What you can also do is:
1) Open Messenger and tap on the Login button
2) Select Forgot Password
3) Enter your email or phone number to verify it
4) Verify using reset link or OTP code
5) Enter a new password and save it.
