2) Go to paypal.com and login to your account
3) Tap on the three lines on the top left
4) Again tap on the gear (Settings) icon
5) Tap on the Change Name button under Account settings
6) Choose whether you want to change your legal name, nickname, or typos.
7) Follow the final instructions in order to change your PayPal name.
