Driver Verifier is a built in diagnostic tool in Windows 11. While designed to verify both native Microsoft drivers and third party drivers, in this tutorial I will be demonstrating this tool with 3rd part drivers. With the verification process involves putting heavy stress on drivers with the intention of making bad, outdated, incompatible or misbehaving drivers fail. This could result in a BSOD, so it is advised you create a system restore point before proceeding with this tutorial.
The Driver Verifier tool that is included in every version of Windows since Windows 2000 is used to detect and troubleshoot many driver issues that are known to cause system corruption, failures, or other unpredictable behavior. This tutorial describes how to use Driver Verifier to isolate and troubleshoot a driver in the system.
This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7 operating systems.Works for all major computer manufactures (Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, Samsung).
