The Kindle Scribe view PDF files if you sideload them with the USB-C to USB-A cable. If you load them in this way, you can view them, but cannot add any markup. If you want to view AND edit PDF files you need to use Send to Kindle. This tutorial goes over the new WEB app that Amazon created that works with any browser for MAC and PC.
