You can set a custom image as your background on the Xbox Series X using either a USB drive or the Microsoft Edge browser. Here are the steps for both methods:

Using a USB Drive:
Copy a JPG or PNG image (under 3MB in size) to a USB device.
Plug the USB device into your Xbox Series X.
Go to Settings - General - Personalization - My color & background - Custom image.
Choose your USB device and select the image you want as your background.

Microsoft Edge
Using Microsoft Edge Browser:

Open the Microsoft Edge app on your Xbox.
Find your desired background image online.
Hover the browser cursor over the image.
Press the menu button on your Xbox controller and select "Set as background"
