To change the system theme on your Xbox Series X, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Scroll right to Profile & system and select Settings.
Select General and then Personalization.
Under My color & theme, select System theme.
Choose between Dark, Light, or Scheduled.

If you want to change the color of your Xbox dashboard, you can do so by selecting My color under My color & theme and choosing a color from the available options. You can also set a custom background image by selecting My background under My color & theme and choosing from the available options.
