Necessary Hardware:
Game Console, with Included AV Cables (The Yellow Red, and White guys)
Gamebridge/Other similar capture card
Relatively capable computer

Optional Hardware:
S-Video Cables (Buy from Gamestop)
Television (Preferably from this millennium)
Male to Male AV Cables

BASIC RUNDOWN:
Plug Console AV Cables into corresponding inputs on Gamebridge.
Plug Gamebridge into Computer, make sure you have installed software from CD.
Open Virtualdub, "Capture AVI", select the Gamebridge under "Device".

ADVANCED RUNDOWN:
Plug Console AV Cables into corresponding "AV IN" inputs on the television (This is exactly like playing the console on a TV normally).
Plug Male/Male Cables to corresponding "AV OUT" inputs (kinda contradictory) on the television.
Plug other ends of Male/Male cables into Gamebridge.
Proceed as before.

By the way, S-to-S Cables apparently exist. If you want higher quality on the TV and not just the recording, get one and use it like you did the Male/Male cables.
