How to Share and Merge Creatures in Planetary Life
24Learn how to export and import creatures, and then use the merge tool to combine species.
Creatures can be exported from the Encylopedia; this creates an encrypted image with species name, a pose, and basic details like attack, defence, and diet.
These images can be shared with others; and you can download other players' exports into the following URL on your windows explorer: %appdata%\Godot\app_userdata\Planetary Life\save\vault\creatures
Creatures can be imported by using the Add Lifeform button on water and clicking the Import feature.
The Get and Drop tool then is a great way to merge creatures. I found this useful especially to combine imported creatures with a dominant species, introducing a healthy balance.
