To cancel your Game Pass subscription on Xbox Series X|S, you can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system.
Choose Settings.
Select Account.
Choose Subscriptions.
Select the Game Pass subscription you want to cancel.
Select Turn off recurring billing and follow the instructions provided.
You can also cancel your subscription on your PC by following these steps:

Go to account microsoft com
Sign in to your Microsoft account.
Navigate to the Xbox Game Pass subsection of the page.
Click Manage.
Choose Cancel subscription.
