How to Stop Pop-Up Prompt When Opening or Starting Programs/Games
The pop-up prompt asking for permission when opening programs or games in Windows is caused by User Account Control (UAC). To stop these prompts, you can adjust UAC settings. Go to "Control Panel" , "System and Security" , "Security and Maintenance" , "Change User Account Control settings." Drag the slider down to "Never notify" and click "OK." This will disable the pop-up prompts for most applications. Be cautious, as lowering UAC settings may reduce security by allowing programs to run without permission.
