Steps to Switch Amazon Account on Firestick or Fire TV
Access Settings:
From the Fire TV home screen, select the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
Alternatively, press and hold the Home button on your Alexa Voice Remote and select Settings.
Navigate to Accounts:
Select Accounts & Sign-In (or My Account on some models).
If you don’t see this option, try My Fire TV - Amazon Account or Preferences - Accounts, as menu names vary by device (e.g., Firestick 4K, Fire TV Omni Series) and Fire OS version.
Deregister the Current Account:
Select the current Amazon account (displayed as an email or name, e.g., “user@example.com”).
Choose Deregister or Sign Out. A confirmation prompt will appear.
