To sync trophies on your PlayStation 4 (PS4) console, follow these steps:

Ensure that your PS4 is connected to the internet. Trophy syncing requires an internet connection to communicate with the PlayStation Network (PSN).

Sign in to your PSN account on your PS4. Press the PS button on your controller to bring up the quick menu, then scroll right and select your profile to sign in.

Go to the "Trophies" section. From the PS4's main menu, navigate to the "Trophies" option, which is represented by a trophy icon. It's usually located near the top row of icons.

Select "Sync Trophies." Once you're in the Trophies section, highlight the game for which you want to sync the trophies and press the Options button on your controller (the button with three horizontal lines). This will bring up a menu with various options.

Choose "Sync Trophies" from the menu. Selecting this option will initiate the syncing process for the chosen game. Your PS4 will connect to the PSN servers and upload any new trophy information or achievements you have earned.

Wait for the sync to complete. The syncing process may take a few moments, depending on the number of trophies and your internet connection speed. A progress bar or loading icon will usually appear on the screen.

Repeat for other games (optional). If you have trophies in other games that you want to sync, go back to step 4 and repeat the process for each game.

Verify the sync status. Once the syncing is complete, you should see an updated list of trophies for each game you synced. The timestamps for the trophies should reflect the most recent achievements.
