To watch video clips on your PS4, you can follow these steps:

From the PS4 home screen, navigate to the "Library" option using the directional buttons on your controller.
Scroll down and select "Capture Gallery" from the list of options.
In the Capture Gallery, you will see a list of your captured screenshots and video clips.
Use the directional buttons on your controller to highlight the video clip you want to watch.
Press the "X" button on your controller to open the video clip.
The video clip will start playing. You can use the left analog stick to control the playback, such as pausing, fast-forwarding, or rewinding.
To exit the video clip, press the "Circle" button on your controller or the "PS" button to return to the home screen.
You can also access video clips directly from the Media Player app on your PS4. Simply go to the PS4 home screen, select the Media Player app, and navigate to the location where your video clips are stored. Select the video clip you want to watch, and it will start playing.
