When you leave one of the items, you will get a random item as a reward. You do NOT need to reload the game to get your reward. You can collect your item immediately!! This is the list of random items you can get. Just know that Petrified Somethings have a HIGH chance of getting a good item, like a Titanite Slab or a Demon's Great Hammer. And the Small Smooth & Silky Stone has a LOW chance of getting a good item; BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS GET SOMETHING!!
