Method 1: Using a USB Cable (Most Common)
Connect Your Phone to PC:
Connect your Android 14 phone to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
Swipe down on your phone to open the notification panel and tap the USB option (e.g., "Charging this device via USB").
Select File Transfer or MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) from the USB preferences.
