Screen Mirror & Share iPhone to Smart TV with Roku 4K (Wireless)

Requirements: iPhone (iOS 12.3 or later), Roku 4K (Streaming Stick/Ultra), Smart TV with HDMI, same Wi-Fi network.

Steps:

Set Up Roku 4K: Plug into TV’s HDMI, connect to power, select HDMI input, connect to Wi-Fi, update software.

Enable Screen Mirroring on Roku: Go to Settings - System - Screen Mirroring - Screen Mirroring Mode, select Prompt or Always Allow.
Access Screen Mirroring on iPhone: Swipe down from top-right (iPhone X or later) or up from bottom (iPhone 8 or earlier) to open Control Center. Tap Screen Mirroring (two rectangles).

Connect to Roku: Select your Roku 4K from the list. Enter passcode if prompted on TV.

Extend Display (Optional): To use TV as a second screen, connect to a Mac first (via AirPlay), then extend the Mac’s display to Roku 4K using the above PC-to-Roku steps. iPhones don’t natively extend displays to Roku.

Share Content: Stream videos/photos via AirPlay-supported apps (e.g., Photos, YouTube). Tap AirPlay icon, select Roku, and content appears on TV.
Stop Mirroring: Open Control Center, tap Screen Mirroring, select Stop Mirroring.
