To turn off parental controls on an iPhone in under 2 minutes, follow these steps. You’ll need the Screen Time passcode if one is set.
Open Settings: Tap the Settings app on the iPhone’s home screen. (5 seconds)

Go to Screen Time: Scroll down and tap Screen Time. (10 seconds)

Access Content & Privacy Restrictions: Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. If a passcode is required, enter it. (10 seconds)

Turn Off Restrictions: Toggle the Content & Privacy Restrictions switch to the off (white) position. This disables all parental controls. (5 seconds)

Optional - Turn Off Screen Time Completely: If you want to disable Screen Time entirely, go back to the main Screen Time menu, scroll down, and tap Turn Off Screen Time. Enter the passcode if prompted and confirm. (15 seconds)
