How to Tune your Intel 13th & 14th desktop CPU using Intel's Recommended Guideline + Undervolting
117About Intel's latest desktop CPUs stability issues, ASRock has released a BIOS update for their Z790PG SONIC motherboard, featuring new Power Delivery Profiles that follow Intel's New guideline recommendations.
In this video, we'll explore this new change, and do a Cinebench R23 test on the 14700K to compare performance, in addition, we'll go ahead and try out our BIOS and Intel XTU undervolting profiles done in previous video guides.
Hopefully, this will be useful whether you are using an ASRock board or another MB vendor such as ASUS, MSI, AORUS etc..
