Connect the Controller to the PS5 via USB:
Plug the USB cable into the controller's USB-C port and the other end into one of the USB ports on the front or back of the PS5 console.

Disable Bluetooth on PS5:
To ensure that the controller only uses the USB connection and not Bluetooth, you can turn off the Bluetooth on the PS5 console. However, keep in mind that this might also impact other Bluetooth devices connected to the console.

Navigate to the PS5 home screen.
Go to "Settings" by selecting the gear-shaped icon in the top right corner.
In the settings menu, select "Devices."
Choose "Bluetooth Accessories."
Here, you might see a list of connected Bluetooth devices, including your controller. Select the controller's entry.
There might be an option to "Forget Device" or "Disconnect." Select the appropriate option to disconnect the controller's Bluetooth connection.
