Access Parental Controls:

Go to the PS4's main menu.
Scroll to the right and select "Settings" (the toolbox icon).
Scroll down and select "Parental Controls/Family Management."
Choose "PS4 System Restrictions."
Set Up Parental Controls:

If you haven't already set up parental controls, you'll need to do so by following the on-screen prompts. This might involve creating a Family Manager account and setting a passcode.
Restrict Internet Browser:

Once parental controls are set up, you can restrict the use of the internet browser:
In the "PS4 System Restrictions" menu, select "Web Browser."
Choose whether you want to "Allow" or "Do Not Allow" the use of the web browser.
If you select "Do Not Allow," the web browser should be inaccessible until the restrictions are lifted.
