So basically to get the Awoken skill for the Namekians or any other race for that matter you have to keep doing the events and quest for that race. Once youv'e done enough you will be prompted to return to increase your power in some way. NOTE that the awoken skill does not come early. i got the skill at the 35 level so no that it will take time
