PicoBoot is an awesome IPL replacement solution for the GameCube which allows you to flash a firmware to a Raspberry Pi Pico and transform it into a pretty awesome modchip. Although you can install PicoBoot and forget about it, the project still has active development on it and has gotten some pretty great updates. If you're interested in what new features PicoBoot has to offer, this video will show how to take apart a GameCube and update the PicoBoot firmware.
