The original Xbox gets more love in 2025 with the release of Skeleton Key, a pre-built and easily flashable payload to use on any stock console! Keep your console stock, perform any needed maintenance, softmod your console, or maybe even do a combination of those options. Skeleton Key boots into the PrometheOS launcher which contains several utilities such as FTP access, EEPROM backup ability, and a DLC / Update content signer. The real magic here is the included applications, which at the time of recording are:
