The Summoning Circle... it's your go to for getting your objectives done! When I first tried out the summoning circle, I felt like it was great for getting a photo of the ghost. But spending time using the circle and testing stuff out with the circle, I've discovered this is the easiest way to get most of your objectives done. Use it to get your ghost event, your photo of the ghost, lower your sanity, get the ghost to step in salt, get the ghost to set off the motion sensor, escape the ghost during a hunt, smudge the ghost during a hunt, and probably a host of objectives that aren't in the game yet or that I didn't think to try (I bet you could use it to blow out a candle!).

Keep in mind that if you light the summoning circle during an active hunt, make sure you light the smudge BEFORE you light the candle. Otherwise, you can expect many deaths in your future. Also, how about that ghost falling from the sky?
