How to use the tickingarea command for bedrock.
By using a ticking area all the commands you make within it will work anywhere a player is no matter how far they are from the command block.
It also works to keep areas in your world loaded, so you can grown crops with out being there, or leave items or entities with out them despawning when the chunk unloads.
