How to use WhatsApp Image Blur Tool on WhatsApp Web/Desktop
3In this video, I'm going to show you how to use the image blur tool on Whatsapp web. So this is a new feature for whatsapp web and it means that you can blur out a certain part of the photo that you are sending. So if there's some sensitive material there, you can blur that out.
So I'm going to show you how to do that now. So, go ahead and open up whatsapp web on your computer. Tap on the paper clip and add in a picture that you want to blur. Now, in the editing section, you will see a little chequerboard. This is your blur tool.
So, click on this. And now you can see that you have an option to start blurring a certain part of your photo so you can adjust the corners to whichever size that you're going to need. You can also adjust the blur transparency by moving the mouse on the slider.
And you can choose the different type of blur by tapping on the arrow button beside the chequerboard and change it to a slightly different look for blurring out a photo. So when you're happy enough hit the done button and you will see the result here. It's just a handy tool for you to blur any sensitive content that you don't want the recipient to see.
