Through Xbox Settings (for Purchase History)
This method will show you a comprehensive list of all your transactions.

Turn on your Xbox Series X|S and make sure you're signed in to the Microsoft account that made the purchases.

Open the Guide: Press the Xbox button (the glowing logo) on your controller. This will open the Guide menu on the left side of the screen.

Navigate to Profile & system: Scroll to the far right tab in the Guide, which is Profile & system (usually represented by your gamertag picture).

Select Settings: From the "Profile & system" menu, scroll down and select Settings.

Go to Account settings: In the "Settings" menu, on the left-hand panel, select Account.

Choose "Payment & billing": On the right-hand panel, select Payment & billing.

Select "Order history": You will see a list of recent purchases. Select Order history.

Adjust the filter: By default, it might only show recent purchases (e.g., "Past 3 months"). To see all games and other items you've bought, select the filter option (usually a dropdown menu) and change it to "All available" or "All time".
