To view bandwidth usage and manage downloads on your Xbox Series X, follow these steps:

Bandwidth Usage:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Navigate to Profile & system - Settings - System - Updates.
Clear the check box labeled “Keep my games & apps up to date”.

You’ll now be notified of available updates only when you launch a game or app. To see which games and apps have available updates, go to My games & apps - See all - Manage - Updates.

Go to the Settings app on your Xbox Series X.
Navigate to the Network tab.
Access Network settings.

Click Bandwidth usage on the right side of your screen.
