How to Enter in a Manual SSID & Connect to Wifi internet on Xbox Series X (Settings Tutorial)
3To manually connect your Xbox Series X to a Wi-Fi network using a specific SSID (Service Set Identifier), follow these steps:
Navigate to Network Settings:
Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Select Profile & system, then choose Settings.
Go to General, and then select Network settings.
Set Up Wireless Network:
Click on Set up wireless network.
If your Xbox isn’t currently connected to the internet or you want to change wireless access points, this option allows you to set up a new wireless device.
It will prompt you to enter the SSID (network name) manually.
Enter SSID and Password:
If your network doesn’t appear in the list, select Add wireless network.
Type in the SSID (network name) of your Wi-Fi network.
Enter the password associated with your network.
Confirm Connection:
Click Enter and continue to confirm the connection.
If everything is input correctly, your Xbox Series X will be connected to your Wi-Fi network.
