How to Change the PORT Select on Xbox Series X (Strict NAT Type)
4To change the port selection on your Xbox Series X, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings:
Go to the Settings menu on your Xbox Series X.
Access Network Settings:
Within the Settings, select Network.
Advanced Settings:
Choose Advanced settings.
Alternate Port Selection:
Look for the option labeled Alternate port selection at the bottom right.
Choose Your Port:
You’ll see options to either set it to automatic or manually select a port.
If you need to specify a particular port, choose the manual option and input the desired port number.
Remember that changing the port allows for multiple Xbox consoles on the same network. If you’ve done port forwarding with the necessary ports for Xbox Live and games, you should be all set!
