37Today, I'm going to discuss with you on how you can help support this channel exactly, for it's a constant uphill battle with youtube. It's more like an epidemic for youtubers who are much smaller that unfortunately catches this sort of terrible disease of negligence from the algorithm (all in favor for bigger channels that already have established followings and senority). Around the middle of this video, I'm going to tell exactly what you can do to help support not only just me in these crazy struggles of having videos show up for the right people, but to also help similar smaller creators you know of and wish to support them. Supposed "Youtube Gurus" tell you all about what to do to succeed on this platform, but they won't give you the true down-low of the situation because A) they're already fathered in with a decent following to properly support them, and B) they're trying to eliminate possible competition since too many people have defected to only wanting to use this platform for money; selling out, in a sense. In other words, if you don't become a sellout to trending content and popular topics, you won't make it alone, period. I've learned this the hard way.
Growing a channel now requires the efforts of both content creator AND viewer, which is why with this new series of me just speaking out on things relating to my channel, I'm going to start off this first video with something a little more controversial, but certainly a problem that's been plaguing my channel personally and many others for a couple years thanks to youtube's constant changes.
