How you can run a Just Chatting stream with only FIVE active viewers!
371Big claim up in the thumbnail, let me use this space to pitch my theory on why Just Chatting offers the fastest growth. As a smaller streamer, chat interaction is what will drive most first time and casual viewers into REGULAR viewers. My priority is not topline numbers, it's REGULARS that I see showing up almost every stream. The best way to convert a casual viewer into a regular is to make a connection with them, have a conversation, remember something that they said a few streams ago. Give them advice, have them give YOU advice, stuff like that.
It's insanely hard to have that type of conversation while you're gaming, unless you have superhuman multi-tasking skills. There will always be some "loss" when you're splitting attention between a game and your chat. Thus, just chatting will help you grow faster than a gaming stream, ceteris paribus.
