
HP System! Different Damages and Potion!! | Game Builder Garage Tutorials #8
Counter can only change by 1 value. :'( But, what if we want to count up/ down more than 1 value? Not all enemies are equal, and some are more powerful than others!!! This tutorial will show how to do it!!!
The con of the timer method is that there is a delay. But, I can't find the alternative methods as of now. :'(
*Update*
- Flag can be removed! Just connecting the touch sensor or the state change nodon to the timer works perfectly fine.
- Instead of using timer, you can use MAP with input 0..1 and output 0..the amount of damage. Use timer if you want to see the animation! But, use map if you want an instant result.
