Japan's space agency is going to soon test its "electrodynamic tether" for the first time- all in the name of getting dangerous space junk away from satellites and spacecrafts! In this method, JAXA has paired up with a company that specializes in fishing equipment to attract debris to a 700-meter-long mesh of aluminum and steel wires that hangs from an unmanned spacecraft.
