The landmark eleventh of many internal rocket league tournament including participants from my discord server!
This tournament was a new 1v1v1 format, with 27 teams in a 3-round, 3-man game set up!
It worked by pitching 9 first-round 1v2 games. To progress, you had to be remaining in the 1v2 by the end of the game. If the team of 2 score, the scorer swaps with the 1. If the 1 scores in the 1v2, they get an extra 'life', and don't swap on conceding.
It created a lot of unexpected, dramatic and intense games that saw numerous previous winners go out early doors, alongside other grand champ players!
So, will we get a surprise package winner? Or will our new, highest-ever ranked player win as the favourite?
