Huohuo is a game changer for my account, but I won't recommend everyone getting her just yet. She works better with certain DPS units, and I think Luocha is just as good if not better in some situations. I rate her highly for my account, but she isn't a god tier unit everyone NEEDS if they already have good sustain!
