Hurricane Irma, a major hurricane, finally made landfall Sunday in the state of Florida. Unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky ~20,000,000 people that live here that experienced the full fury of this storm. In this video, I document everything I can from this hurricane, from the first effects of it to the eyewall to the aftermath. We recorded a peak wind gust of 101 mph, a barometric pressure of 28.80, and recorded over 15 inches of rain, swelling my lake to several feet above normal, causing a lot of flooding. Luckily, we managed to escape without much damage. Things could've been a lot worse if Irma was just a little bit stronger...
